Governing law

The Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia and the courts of the above jurisdiction will have non-exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute, which may arise.

Electronic Identity Verification

We may also disclose some of your personal information to a credit reporting body for the purpose of verifying your identity, where you have given your consent to do so.
